Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Don't be decisive of life with the suitation in hand today. When you are emotionally disturbed, it's quite obvious to feel negativity, fear, Insecurity etc. I such suitations, it's better to ask for help. Talk to a psychologists directly or online to express or ventilate your feelings, emotions and concerns. I am sure you will find solutions for your sleep and fear. Don't hesitate. Be positive. You will be alright soon.
