I am at a daily dose of 2 mg risperidone. Is there a risk of developing a prolactinoma with this dose?

At 2mg there is not a significant chance of prolactinoma U hv not mentioned body wt and duration of doses.

Hello,
With increase in dosage of Risperidone there are chances of increased serum prolactin levels. Though there is no safe dosage and one can have increase prolactin level at any dose depending on individual profile. A baseline measure of prolactin level can be helpful.
