I've been feeling very low and crying almost every day for the past couple of months. I was on antidepressants for 4 years before I stopped taking them in December, on the advice of my doctor. I thought the feelings would subside but they seem to be getting worse. I feel like I would be better off if I weren't born.

I was prescribed Clonotril 0.5mg first time ever by my gastroenterologist a year ago for nighttime stomach bloating that disrupted my sleep. After taking it for three months, he tapered off the dosage to 0.25mg for a few days and stopped it. I was fine for a few months. However, I've recently started experiencing random headaches, sleep disturbances, and anxiety at night which are new symptoms for me. My mind racing aimlessly with thoughts makes it hard to sleep. To cope, I've occasionally taken Clonotril 0.25mg on an as-needed basis, but I'm concerned that these symptoms are becoming more frequent and might be related to Clonotril withdrawal. I want to avoid relying on the medication again and again. My doctor says not to worry and exercise regularly, but I'm unsure if that's sufficient, as I struggle with anxiety and sleep disturbances at night and it's causing me stress. Please advise on how to address these issues?

I'm going through anxiety from last six months I'm not able to sleep restful whenever I fall asleep I get hypnic jerk and wakes me u So difficult to fall asleep back

M suffering from depression taking medicines for depression from 3 yrs so from 3 yrs I was feeling gud nd calm mind,stress free,able to focus on my academics from depressive mood,unable to focus on my academics, prolonged thinking disorder.now suddenly my dr changed my medicine nd started my medicine for bipolar disorder including carilift 1.5,licab xl,qutan 100,risdone LS a week before when I was very happy with the medicine for depression which helps me in living a very gud life in all aspects including gud professional life,personal life,stress free,jolly mood,calm, relaxed,motivated nd focus on my academics very good life.my dr misunderstood my situation as bipolar disorder just because I was feeling very energetic nd motivated from 2 yrs.these medicines for bipolar are very hard causes lack of energy,causes too much weight gain ,causes sleepiness whole day nd night nd causes excessive thrust whole day nd night.kindly suggest that which medicine nd blood test I go through?

I randomly get sleepy sometimes, and start hearing muffled voices in my head, initially I researched about it and thought it was narcolepsy. So I consulted a doctor and got medicines. But it backfired, as it triggered my other mental health problems(OCD diagnosis). Last evening I realised this sleeping problem is getting out of hand when I was getting sleepy in a moving auto(shared by 5). I experience weird eye movements as if a reflex to not to sleep. My professional life is also getting affected. And sometimes I also happen to see some shadow figures during an episode, but my rational mind is very strong so I just know the difference and the voices won't leave me at all during the episode. If I dream about something, I go like "no there was something, something's wrong, or maybe I am an imposter of myself". Kindly guide me.

Hey, can I take Isotretinoin 10mg tablet for My Acne but I also take Sertraline 100mg for my Panic disorder,is it OK to Take both Medication at a time( both are advised to take at night after Dinner)

I have been taking medicine from last 5 to 6 yrs Is this anxiety curable Please let me know. Also my doctor is still telling to continue.

I dont know why but whenever i acheive some think good i feels about the opposite person for ex if i wins a race i will feel about the 2nd no position and in next race i wont gonna give my 100 percent i want to improve that what is this condition pls help

Good evening doctors. I am 22 years old and i have very nice boyfriend but sometimes i feel so alone i dont wannt to talk to him. I feel lonely and sad like something is going in my mind . I feel sad without any reason and i also feel irritated without any reason. I also feel sleepy sometimes. What is the cause pls help me.

Hello sir/ mam I am having PE since 2015. Had sudden fear and was suffering from gastritis, head pain  and forgetfulness too. So In 2023 i consult to neuro psychiatrist and he prescribed me some medicines of anxiety . After taking it i felt good and relax. But after 6 months doctor stopped my medicines and after few months again i felt same problem and now still having it. I am having so much head pain, forgetfulness and i get triggerd from some sound too. and i am having maxillary sinusitis too. I didn't understand what exactly happens to me. I laugh with friends too
