Better avoid combining BZDs. It can lead to abuse & dependence. If you stop abruptly, withdrawal seizures can happen. Get evaluated thoroughly for causes of insomnia & get treated for primary cause. Consult a psychiatrist or sleep specialist for complete evaluation and treatment

You can take zoloidem with Clonazepam but further Clonazepam will be tapered gradually over a period of time and only zolpidem will be enough to control insomnia with sleep hygiene. You can read regarding sleep hygiene on net and discuss with your doctor
Next Steps
can take together

Thank you for your question. When dealing with chronic insomnia, it's understandable to feel the need for relief, especially when sleep becomes difficult night after night. However, combining medications like **Zolfresh (zolpidem)** and **clonazepam**—even if one is prescribed—should be done with **careful medical supervision**, as both act on the brain and can have additive effects like drowsiness, confusion, or slowed breathing. Even occasional use ("SOS") should be discussed with your doctor to make sure it's safe and appropriate for your situation. 👉 I suggest you consult me directly so I can review your case properly and help guide you safely: [https://www.practo.com/rewa/doctor/amit-kumar-patel-generalphysician](https://www.practo.com/rewa/doctor/amit-kumar-patel-generalphysician)
