Sir doctor gave me two choices to select between sertraline and fluoxetine . Sir my poin of concern is about hair loss. Please tell me which of them is less likely to cause hair loss fluoxetine or sertraline? I want to have one of them which is less likely to cause hair loss.

Hello Doctors I am male - got Tinnitus 4.5-5 months back and started googling, got very scared reading online and had a really bad time - I am coping with tinnitus a bit better, but this phase has thrown me off the cliff - I am very fearful right now( don't know why) feeling sad - like nothing will ever go right and i will always be sad.. i feel i am never going to be able to live my old happy life - nights are really tough and scary. If i am around people things are better and i am not bothered but as people go to sleep i get kind of scared unhappy etc - the memories of these 4.5 months of phase are scaring me even more like i am never going to be happy and always scared and anxious. Need your advices, i have lot of negative thoughts right now like i am going to be always unhappy etc. Not feeling like the carefree myself. Please let me know if this is a common thing and with time, meds and therapy every gets well and back to their original self?

I'm taking SSRI paroxetine and fluvoxamine maleate Medicine for my ocd but he ocd makes my emotional numbness I'm not able to feel. Anything and not able to cry. Wht shall i do should i change medicine or any solution suggestion pls

Hi Sir, Iam suffering with anxiety and depression. When I do a work I get nervous, but before I suffered with depression that time I consulted a doctor and then prescribed some tablets Mirtaz 7.5 and Amazeo 50mg. Now when I take this tablets I will be happy but after 4 to 5 days I came back to nervous and depression. But can I happy all the time. And how can I reduce my anxiety or depression and nervous can you please help me this Situation, how can think proper way,what I have to change myself. Can you please help me in this situation Sir. Please tell me some technics to overcome anxiety. Please give me some counseling Sir.

I don't know what is wrong with me... I am overthinking every single little thing... I am losing interest in everything... I cannot concentrate on anything... I am having so much guilt trip everytime... I am.feeling so irritated by everything... I am doubting each and everything... all the things I use to do before are becoming hard to do for me... I am not able to do anything or enjoy anything... I don't have any such issues in my life regarding anything... still I am just making normal happy situations worst... I am using zoloft about a week and I feel pressure coming behind the eyes. It is difficult for me to concentrate on mobile phone screen. My eyes feel pain. Is it normal? And will go away with time. Or I should stop this medicine

Hello, My son gets very angry nd recently he abused me and hit me with a sofa chair. V met many psychiatrist ns counsellors in these 5yrs but no change. 2months back v met the top most psychiatrist in thane nd he said v should keep him in a rehabilitation centre. Is it safe to keep him in a rehab. Will it help him or make the matter worse. Doctor has given few names like chaitanya, nityanand nd samyak in pune. Are they gud. Do they take proper care. Will he be alright. Pls advice Shyni ( mother)
