I constantly feel worthless ,ugly.
I can't stop criticising myself, I feel ugly stupid dumb disgust and worthless all the time . I have been crying every day for atleast 1-2 hours for the past few months. I have upcoming exams and I can't concentrate on them , I feel totally worthless , my existence feel like a waste of time money and energy , there had not been one day I spent without crying my lungs out . I used to be an avid painter, writer . Now all I do is watch conspiracy videos on YouTube and binge on stupid snacks crying . Everyone calls me worthless . She told I am ugly and worthless . I can't dissolve that in my mind .she looks at very contemptuously , I can't stand it . Please help me I can't stop saying to myself that I am worthless

How did you come up with this? Who she told you. I believe you should discuss your concerns in detail with a mental health professional to gain an insight about nature of problem and ways to overcome it through psychotheraputic techniques

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately
