I feel emotionally numb without feeling anything. No happiness or sadness or anger, just nothing. It feels like staying in bed all the time in dark

Hi. I am sorry to hear that you are going through such a tough phase. Please know that help is always around the corner. The feelings you are describing definitely need a look into and an actual diagnosis can be only made if you speak with a mental health specialist. But it does sound on the lines of depression. I urge you to start small, by talking to a close friend or family friend and finding support. Also try to continue doing your day to day routine activities no matter what. All the best. Remember - this too shall pass!
