I took escitalopram 5mg today by mistake. Now what shall i do?? If i don't take next day any problem will happen?

Hello actually I don't know from where I should start, how I will tell you what exactly I feel as I don't know either I was happy or sad I can't express what I feel as I don't know I feel like I don't want to live I don't like to talk with my best friends family they ask me something of which I need to answer I feel irritated I feel angry I feel tired to reply them when I sleep at the night I sleep properly on time but I woke up daily in the mid night at last 2-3 times at the night daily my night is like this routine and I hate myself idk why but I hate my face myself when I saw myself at the mirror I feel like... Idk how to express

I am currently addicted to lecotanil( bromazepam) on high doses. I usually take 6 to 10 talblets of lexotanil 3mg in a day. Now they have no effect on me, Doctor prescribed me to take valium10 mg (diazepam) twice a day. But I only want to know does valium (diazepam) cause hair loss? Regards to all of you.

Can I take zaptra 12.5 with librax in treating ibs? Suffering from IBS disease since last 3 year. Tried every but not getting desired results. Felling depressed and weak. Already left one job and may be leaving other one as well. Medicine is suggested by a person from Kolkata who tried everything but got cured by taking zaptra 12 or 20mg medicine with  rapeed d medicine which is a antiacid. Please help here.

Does psychosis including delusions hallucinations reoccur after completion of treatment for 3 years? Or should d treatment need to be taken lifelong.my cousin diagnosed with first episode of psychosis and improvement seen with tablets trinicalm plus 5mg twice a day and Amisulpride 200 mg twice a day.

Does antidepressant cause weight gain? I have anxiety and have been prescribed szelato tablet and rivotril 0.5mg tablet. How long should i talke escitalopram oxalate tablet as i dont have depression but anxiety???
