Hello, Psychiatric disorders may have a varying course and medication may have to be continued for longer time. Consult a psychiatrist nearby for detailed assessment and management. Thanks

That's not very good. You should visit your doctor regularly and not abuse medicine in anyway Get on to therapy and consult a psychiatrist

Dear mam I am sorry you are feeling this way. Please do not alter the medication without consulting a psychiatrist. It seems that your are depressed and depression can get very effectively treated with medications and psychological therapy. Please see a psychiatrist in person for a detailed evaluation which will include a physical examination and blood test to rule out any physical cause like thyroid abnormality which can cause these symptoms. I am certain that you will feel better with right treatment and support

If you still feel sad while on medicine , drug need optimization. Drug should be in effective dose form. Once you are stable , then drug can be tapered down slowly as we have increased it. You can't stop medicine abruptly.
Next Steps
visit treating psychiatrist, consult to get rid of symptoms of depression.
Health Tips
Don't self medicate. complete course of medicine even if you are feeling better.
