I have social anxiety...i was on antidepressants but eventually i left those because of its side effects but there are times when i cannot step outside without them...can i take them whenever i have to go out and not everyday

I had depression and anxiety 2 years back and treated by medication for 1 year successfully. Now i get panic attacks sometimes and cant eat or sleep, sweaty hands and feet. I want to become strong without medication.

Hello doctor my son s a above average student in his studies... good mannered polite boy... But d drawback s he s always in some dream world...tat means he does not concentrate to wat v say..in morning while  getting him up n making him ready s a tough task for me...especially wen he watches tv or mob...it will be worse even...rather he s bright n always has d curiosity of knowing new things etc...but d oly thing s he has no presence of mind..I ve even scold n beat him for tat.pls do suggest me wat should I do...

What is the reason and symptoms for maladaptive daydreaming?? Can I know exactly what triggers it? I do tend to daydream alot and lot of my time is wasted on it and sometimes when I'm stressed out I procrastinate more by daydreaming...

I doctors I am facing extreme anxiety and am having sleepless nights from past 2 weeks and i feel difficulty in breathing also. What can i do to stop this anxiety doctor Please suggest me I am need of ur help.

Hello mam /sir. i had (mild) depression and (moderate to severe) anxiety. for that i was prescribed... 1:fluoxetine 2: mirtazapine doc discounted fluoxetine and switched to bupropion and tofisopam. now I don't have depression though mood fluctuate. but issue is there is very less(negligible) improvement in anxiety issue. so amy suggestions?? what should i do now? i cant take benzos or any such meds which affects congnition.

Sir I have chest pain in last 10 months. ECG eco tmt and endoscopy all test normal but light pain in my left chest and constraints for all  time in my chest what is the problem please suggest

Does trapex induce dementia and alzeimers in elderly. My father aged 81 had been taking it since 20 yrs. When stopped it abruptly he was diagnosed with dementia with psychiatric features. Since childhood he had convulsions at times mostly when his stomach is upset. He has convulsion while going to attend nature's call or urinate. Is it abdominal epilepsy

Hello mam/sir. I am under treatment for (social)anxiety n (mild) depression.for that i was on FLUOXETINE and MIRTAZAPINE later doc discounted MIRTAZAPINE since fluoxetine was ineffective even after 8 weeks. now (for last 2 months) i am on BUPROPION and TOFISOPAM. I have much improvement in depression. but meds are ineffective on anxiety. past meds: fluoxetine,venlafexine, mirtazapine now (2 months) bupropion and TOFISOPAM. PS: I can't take benzos or any such meds those affect cognition(preparing for civil services). asking for second opinion. what should i do for such resistance social anxiety. thanks
