Hello mam/sir.
i am on regular treatment for anxiety and general fear issues. its been 2 years on meds but there's not even 1% improvement in condition.
its my second psychiatric(AIIMS) from whom i am taking meds,still no improvement.
so far i was prescribed
fluoxetine
VENELAFAXINE
mirtazapine
etizolam
beta blockers
bupropion
tofisopam
escitalopram.
I don't have depression issues,just severe anxiety and fear.
currently on bupropion (for 7th month), tofisopam (4 th month).still no improvement in anxiety.
what should i do now?

A combination of pharmacological ( medications) and non-pharmacological ( relaxation techniques, breathing exercises) management together are helpful for anxiety. Try these techniques along with medications. You will definitely perceive improvement.
