Overthinking, worry, stress, late sleep
It often takes a lot of time for me falling asleep. Continuous overthinking, too many quick thoughts about day to day life is very common which leads to losing focus from necessary things. Easy emotional breakdown is also noticed about aspects which have already happened in past or sometimes wondering by self that something false or bad may happen to me anytime in future. Sometimes I also have thoughts n dreams where m getting hurt. I think I also forget thinks too easily because I am unable to put full attention into it while listening to people. I believe it's all because i over think. Can someone suggest natural ways of getting rid of this? What exactly the issue is??

Issue seems to be underlying depression. Though I need to probe further into it to arrive at any conclusion. Your past negative experiences have to be provided closure and healthy outlet of emotions for dreams to stop and breakdown to reduce. You can take online therapy session and get to the roots to it. Modify your beliefs and negative thought patterns and live a good healthy lifestyle. We are here to help
