It could be stress induced How's your lifestyle And are you overthinking a lot these days? I advise u to consult a psychologist online or in person and talk about your concerns in detail

Although headache can be presenting complaint in depression. You also need to rule out other symptoms of Depression, sadness of mood, disturbances in sleep and/or appetite, crying spells and/ or suicidal ideation.
Next Steps
please visit psychiatrist in person to rule out depression and if it all treatment.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately
