Depression
Can depression start with physical symptoms such as acidity and headaches with no known cause? I have been suffering from dyspepsia and headache since last 4 months. I have done all my blood tests and other scans and reports are absolutely normal. So doctors have concluded that I'm suffering from anxiety mild depression.

Unexplained medical problems (I.e. after detailed evaluation by medical doctors has found no cause) are commonly due to mental problems. Stress, depression and anxiety may not be apparent to the patient as it might be ‘converted’ by our sub-conscious mind in to physical symptoms. Thus, it seems paradoxical that without experiencing any psychological distress a person may have anxiety or depression, but it commonly happens.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist with an open mind.
