The work of a therapist is to bring all the pros and cons of Ur relationship on the table and make you chose the one which you feel best for you. Relationship are very sensitive matter. This decision regarding staying with her not ....is urs. Then how you will decide ?? See if staying with her makes you happy and she cares for you and cares for this relationship then it's absolutely fine to stay with her. But if you feel that if you stay with another person which will make you happy ......then you need a break. It's not so easy to find people of similar taste easily. Relationship are time trusted.
