Hi, i feel lost lost. I don't know why. I feel irritated, get anger very quickly. I was alway a jolly kind of person but now I don't like anything. It's very hard to explain my feelings. I always pray to god pls kill me. Frustrated, irritated, I want to cry scream to the top of my voice.. I want to go somewhere where no body can find me.

Sir, I am suffering some unexpected thinks, overthinking, and also fear, unexpected fear, don't know, without any reason, still fear in my mind,

Dear Sir/Mam, I suffered a traumatic experience in my life ( sprinkle of urine get pour upon feets) because of the structure of the bathroom provided to me in my hostel and lack of mindfulness during those circumstances and the situation to do study by folding legs just at a little bit distance from books , copies , pen, pencils and other study materials . Meanwhile with the passage of time I developed the mindset that my bottom most part of legs are contaminated and generalised the condition on other people as well , my psychologist advised me to apply the method of situation escape ( to do urination in sit down position) but I developed expectations from other people to pour water after doing urination . I still doing study from staying away from home and using common/ share bathroom .The feeling of anxiety develops in mind when someone do urination and forget to pour water. Sir, please suggest a remedy how to cope up this mentality. For this I shall be highly obliged to you.

I have issue concentrating on anything. Most of the time i am lost in my own random futile thoughts. At times I find myself gazing at a thing constantly while random things keep coming in mind. Once in a week I come back in complete sense and my efficiency in work and study increases rapidly. Please suggest something to increase my concentration and keep away useless thoughts. Sir i am suffering from ocd for last 11 yrs doctor suggest me to take nexito 10 mg and zolax 0.25 mg now doctor says you have to stop zolax 0.25 mg but i cannot stop this medicine because when i am stop this medicine i am feeling not well

Hello mam/sir does bupropion affects memory or cognition in negative way? i am on bupropion xl 300,its fifth month. i am not on any other meds n from last few days i am having heavy head, unable to grasp things while studying. could it be because of bupropion?? thanks
