From last 15 days I wake up same time at night ( between 4 am to 5am) and then palpitations start.. and when palpitations subside chills start.

I have family history of bipolar disorders , my mother is being treated for past 30 years. I feel like I also have the symptoms of bipolar disorders, how to find out

I'm taking clomipramine 50 mg I felt depressed and works good but not effective. Should I ask doctor to add anything like fluvoxamine like that kindly suggest???

My mother has been brought up in a harsh environment, in a joint family having hatred, selfishness and no love. She got married in a joint family where she got the same environment. Now she has became so negative, she believes everyone is bad and finds a negative aspect for everything and remains sad and keep crying even if nothing happens. She keeps on murmuring, suddenly cries and laughs remembering past, gets mood swings and very short tempered. This is affecting her marriage a lot. Can she be treated psychologically to get better? Please help.

I have lost all interest in everything when I was in 10 th class,I had so many dreams,I used to study a lot,I had dreams I used to thought that will join that degree I will become a great person,but after 11th and I am currently in 12th when I understood the meaning of real life,real things it seems that I have nothing to do,I'm currently giving my 12th boards not because of any aim or goal but only be cause that I have prepared them from whole year so if I leave them then this will be waste of money and time,I lost my goal or aim,there's no urge to do something,I wakes up everyday,I do study and other stuff but it seems something is lacking nothing makes me happy,I got everything what a kid wants from parents,then why this feeling I feels like completely empty,no aim or goal no wishes no expectations nothing,I asks my self what will I do in my life but still I have no tension about anything,life has become lifeless.i have become like a stone ,no tension no happiness but emptyness.

I feel there is some problem in my brain. I feel perfect and happy when I drink alcohol. But when I'm sober I won't be able to sleep. I feel I'm gonna get heart attack or get strock. I get negative aspects in mind like what if I die who will take care of my family? Please help me to get rid of these dilamas

I have got derealization due to very long anxiety ( fear of sleep) . Doctors are advising to take anti-depressants . My question is:- *) How medicines could change the way I think ( basically, feeling unreal , what after death and am I myself). *) Is there any effective way through which I can get rid of this 100% within 2-3 months. *) Some tips for the board examinations i.e. 7th March It is very depressing please help me .

I suffer from ADHD and find it difficult to concentrate. It often leads to procrastination and hampers my decision making. I try to be as normal as possible but cannot continue for a longer period of time and there's always a relapse due to which I normally go into my shell and suffer from selective mutism in order to not offend anyone by being rude due to my increased stress levels. It's a cycle which I'm not able to break so need professional help dealing with the same.
