I am becoming very forgetful from past 4-5 months. For example, I don't remember putting off milk from stove, I can't recall the instances which my friends usually talk about. I feel a decrease in my cognitive abilities. I don't understand the work easily. Really need some help and suggestion.

I find myself difficulty in remembering as well as focussing on subjects. It leads to headache when I try to push myself. Some days it becomes difficult for me to sleep and I frequently get tears in my eyes thinking about my day wasted therefore I keep myself engaged. I try very hard to study because I used to love it but now I find very exhausting. I am preparing for competitive exam and if I will tell my parents they will think that I am giving excuses to avoid study. Today I read an article in newspaper about depression and I found myself in similar condition. I am getting suicidal thoughts also for being useless

I am going through with such faces that I don't know what is going on , if I can speak with someone about it and take care of it?

I am not able to concentrate on my work life. And I am forgetting things a lot and Iam being absent minded

My mother has been staying alone since a very long time, around 9years and has had a very upsetting and tortured married life. She has gradually developed the following symptoms: forgets things very quickly like if i have told her about something she will ask me same thing again in half hour. Or might forget an entire plan made today for tomorrow. Secondly she gets very confused managing household chores too. Thirdly she always talks roughly if any situation is against her. She always wants to prove that whatever she is thinking is right and everyone else is wrong. If we try to make her know the mistake she made, she wont accept and gets very angry and talks about all the negative things. I am very worried if she has any serious medical conditions like Alzheimer's or something. She refuses to show to any doctor and always says that i am fine but you all are making me crazy.

I am having depression after eating petril 0.25 md. I take petril so for anxiety with no other problem. What to do

M an alcohol addiction since 5 years and I have visited psychiatrist and doctor prescribed me baclofen 10 mg two tabs daily at night before food, now I feel memory loss and confusion, so dear doctors can I stop baclofen suddenly without consulting doctors as I got memory loss and confusion, difficult to remember and learn new things, plz suggest me I am so much of worried regarding my mental health.
