There are many ways Specially understanding is most important that anxiety takes us in future which is beyond our control We can only change our present.. So let the thoughts of anxiety come and go don't give any importance to them or they will become more powerful and haunt u making u believe everything that comes in mind
Next Steps
Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy online or in person

Ya definitely cut down the intake of alcohol as the current state of mind will make the condition worse.. Try to reverse and see which situation brought the phase of relapse and if possible try to overcome from the same
Next Steps
Can see a counselor in person or on online consultation as it can be worked upon...

Kindly contact your psychiatrist again. This is usually what happens when you only take medication but no therapy or counselling. It keeps your symptoms in check and helps your transition become smooth. Contact a therapist so that they can help you through a relapse.
