Sleep disturbance can occur due to a lot of factors like stress, pain, physical illness, Mental health conditions like anxiety or depression
Try using the sleep hygiene techniques like regular exercise, meditation, yoga keeping your room comfortable, restricting use of caffeine, nicotine and alcohol, not using your phone or laptop before going to bed.
Please see a psychiatrist in person for further help if your problem persists.
