Do mindful breathing exercise
Inhale from nose for four sec stomach will come out hold for 7 second and exhale from mouth slowly like blowing a candle stomach should go in for 8 seconds
Keep focus on breath even if mind wanders.
Also take therapy session with me or any psychologist online or in person

Take some time off from your work, rejuvinate yourself and then get back. Stress is important to get us going but too much stress without healthy and relaxing breaks will decrease your productivity and that will impact on all the domains (sleep, appetite, energy level, mood, involvement in family activity and many more).
