Emotional breakdown is my biggest problem. When I'm in negative mood I just lost my every positivity.

Is there any way/technique which constantly keeps on obligating/driving me to study no matter what? In short, how to make upsc (exam) studying my deepest passion and addiction?

मुझे panic disorder हैं. यह मुझे बचपन से हैं. एक साल पहले मैंने doctor से दिखाया. उन्होंने paroxetine +clonazepam दिया. इससे बहुत हद तक ठीक भी हुआ. फिर मैंने दवा close kar दिया. कुछ दिन बाद फिर panic अटैक आने लगा. अब मैं दूसरे doctor से दिखा रहा हू. उन्होंने मुझे propranolol20 +clonazepam दिया. But यह paroxetine जितना काम नहीं kar रहा हैं. मुझे कौन सी दवा लेना चाहिए. Doctors कहते हैं की paroxetine के serious side effects हैं. यह adidactive drug हैं. कृपया practo के सभी psychiatrist इसका जवाब दे. Propranolol best हैं या paroxetine.

I was given Levisulpride with Nexito20 to taper to Nex15. He told me that it is for digestion but it is an antipsychotic. What is the main purpose of this cos after taking pan20 my digestion is fine, if it also helps in taper than only I will take it coz I have taken 100s of meds already. Thanku

60 yrs paralysis on 28 june,physically good Issues with 1 i have a car & a driver even has sujok machines (which we never had) 2 i am also a dr. A sujok therapy dr degree from germany & have given treatment to many ( relating and taking names of person who had paralysis and have passed away) 3 person identify and mismatching 2 things ( like got a call frm elder sister&saying about DIL that she is my elder sister in last birth) 4 saying that he has done business  in  delhi&  have meet atul bihari and lal krishna which is just an illusion 5 few small misconcepts and making stories by self 6  2-3 times he said...call that person ( a random person in garden) and told me that i have to sell my plot i have purchased new shop, so  want to do the payment 3 medicines 1 serta 25 (is on dose 1 daily) 2 qutan 25 ( recommended by 2 neurologist& said no from local psychiatrist ) 3 sizodon 25 ( recommended by 1 & said no by psychiatrist ) Confused and want solution

Pimples Covrng my face and nose tanning on my face spots, marks left by the pimples on the face.. .

He always laughing, not wants to stay healthy no time to eat and sleep, don't know his mentally illness,speak with self, don't take care to his mother, don't want to do anything, not wants to stay in between people,wants to marriage,

She never take bath,always wants to sleep ,spit on face of any person,deepression ,broke every thing in house, no eating and sleeping time, always wants to stay in dirty environment, spit on bed, always telling that I am not physically fit ,not wants to stay in between people

I am taking paroxetine ,a rip 5 and zolpidem from last 15 days I am not feeling cure from as well as feeling nausea Is that normal because I have liver disease should I go for any LFT test or it is side effect of medicine Before 10 days back LFT was normal

My mother is suffering from migraine from last 14 years. She has tendency of over thinking minute things and making it very big. We are not sure if this is problem with her anxiety or she has real nuerological issue of migraine. She is taking NT Grain once in a day . Please let me know if we need to show her to neurologist or psychiatrist. Any doctor in and around Chennai who can deal with neurologist and psychiatry.
