Jackobson relaxation technique helps in reducing anxiety so it must be done if anxiety is there . Other exercise especially aerobic exercise like running,jogging and brisk walking are found helpful in reducing anxiety if done regularly and can be started for short duration and then can be increased as per your capabilities.
