Doubt of having anxiety disorder.
I'm a medical student. I am a 4th year b.sc hons nursing student. Since my middle of my 2nd year, my mother had seen my shaky hands. At that time i have left hand which was shaking now its with both the hands. I have also not able to talk with strangers and also having starting conversations while placing an order at fast food corners. These days also i feel really sad and want to go far away too. I had faced incidents where i was unable to stop crying that i had nose bleed once. Thats all i have to say, so i just want to have a consultation.

Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist to assess severity and need for treatment.
Health Tips
