My sister started getting panic attack once in a while like once in 4 months (3 times now) whom should i consult or is it something very dangerous

I'm really depressed I don't like anything near me I just feel like dyng I don't want to live in ths world

I have been suffering from constant suicidal thoughts, anxiety, numbness in my hands and legs, may be depression due to breakup and work. The pychiatrist fee is too high so, i don't feel like going for such an expensive treatment. Kindly help.

How do I deal with insecurity issues? It often leads to mental breakdown and panic attacks. Few days I still feel okay. And few dead I'm literally dead from the inside.
