Hi Doctor.....Are clofranil Sr 75 mg and clofranil 50 mg two different tablets ..I mean are they same it's just 50 mg or 75 mg difference or other difference also

SR means sustained release preparation which creates increase in drug level in blood gradually & maintained for longer duration. Normal preparation means increase in drug level in blood fast & effect lasts for shorter duration.
