Hi, I've been dealing these symptoms for a pretty long time and each year it extends. Tried 'talk it out' method with my close friends and it helps momentarily. But right now I'm determined to take professional help. I'm still into education and never discussed to my family.

Hi Talk it out helps and yes it can be momentarily because your friend or family members are not professional A mental health professional will equip you with techniques that are coping skills It will help you come out of it.
