My self anil and iam facing tremor prblm while m in group or doing some procedure .I checked my thyroid and electrolytes dat everything normal but every time iam facing diz prblm it's neuro or anxiety disorder?

Hi I am suffering from swaying like feeling along with anixty and fear disorder... I got paint very easily, mostly irrated in small small things.. Got fear easily.. Reserved nature and old school kind of girl...i got swaying like feeling along with floating feeling.. Mostly it start with bad dream or any dream which include height or head spin kind of dream or feel like in dream I'm floating.. It mostly Start with bad dream which I fear off... After started this swying feeling it takes week to be settle symptoms come and go.. I'm diabetic also type 2..i am pissed off with this can anyone advise something

Hello doctor, I am a mother of 2 . One is 6 year old and younger one is 15 month old. I am very much concerned about my and my kids hand hygine. I keep washing my hand too often if I touch something or if I wash any dishes or if I touch some dirty clothes etc.. if my kids touches floor I keep washing there hands. I feel this is too much but still I do it. Also all the time I am very scared of everything. Like if somebody without washing hands feed my toddles what will happen and list goes on.. dont know if it is a psychiatric issue. Please help

I would like to believe that I am a strong self aware individual but I some how can't hold back my tears. I have always been called a crying baby since childhood and that's one aspect of my personality that hasn't changed. I cry too often with people I care the most about and also at work with my bosses. After noticing some patterns, I feel like I don't know how to confront at all. Instead of having an unpleasant conversation I find it easier to cry and emote but unfortunately it doesn't get interpreted correctly ever and just further pushes people away. Please help me
