My cousin sis is having trouble in sleep as she is in a depression due to breakup with her bf and she never have food just crying all the time and keeping mood off,she said she wants sleeping medicine so sir how much dose of alprazolam she can take,I have alprazolam medicine so for her sleeping trouble and depression how much dosage should I give to her, waiting for your valuable answer thank you sir

See when someone looses a loved one theres definitely pain and the person needs to grieve for it. Depending upon the duration of break up and getting a detailed history is must and helping her come out of this situation. Instead of giving her medications without consultation it would be better that you talk to her or the best would be to consult a psychologist or any mental health professional online for proper help.
