Hello sir,i have visited 2psychiartist and some online screening tests i believe that I'm have paranoid personality behavior,i prefer alone, having trust issues and social anxiety due to these iam unable live my life happily its like hell to me, feeling panic every day what will happen in my life,unable to sleep n8s,i suspect every one like they cheat me (especially my life partner eventhough i am not married still i got feeling like every woman cheats at some point) so I'm getting fear of marriage,i have used medicine like sertraline,esitalopram etc but no use at all please guide what to do And also I'm having mood swings one hour i feel happy and next hour very sad,panic etc

Hello all, used cita s 10 for anxiety nd phobia for one year and aplaz 0.5 when stress levels are highe. But I just use aplaz 10 tablets in entire year. Everything was fine till one year, but My Dr said you have continue for another 3 years or stop nd see ho you feel. I stopped nd within 2 months I started experiencing same phobia nd anxiety. It will last for one or two days depending on situations. If I visit dr he will say to continue for another 2 or 3 years cita s. Is this safe? I discontinued, if I start again any issues? Or is there any better to come out. Or suggest me solution or tablet to my issue. I just keep worrying for family issues, now taking tablets for years also troubling me. Please help. Thank q

Visited a psychiatrist. Dr advising 100mg fluoxetine per day. Escitalopram causing side effects. What to do?

1. Problem stated 10-12 years back when suddenly she started feeling like someone is watching her all the time. Meanwhile she was in deeply connected as a fan of a bollywood film star. However, she hates him like nothing else. Some relative gave her a belif in aatma and all so she started thinking that it is because of that. Some relative took her to baba and dargah she struggled there again with such ill Ppl. 2. Somehow in 2016 she got married, for few months things worked but situations got changed with her in-laws due to some behavioural issues and marriage did not work and the divorce matter is stuck in court. 3. Now a days she is completely stuck at home. doesn't wanna work anywhere, doesn't respect mother at all. Even though her mother supports her in every matter. She is always on the wall to hear what others say, even if it is not about her she takes it on her in negatively. Most of the time in depression. Has illustration about her husband getting married to another girl.

Sir I am suffering from mental illness. The doctor have taken my mmpi &ror test. It sayed that I am suffering from psychosis not otherwise specified currently in partial remission. I am having insomnia as a complaint. Please help Sir.

I have use becosules TABLET and nurobion forte. Nurobion suit me better than becosules. I think this is because of vitamin b3. I have seen on many multivitamin tablet Written nicotinamide. And other niacinamide. One beplex forte multivitamin written both. But practo doctor says the work same.
