Fear of sounds fear of staying alone fear of fight fear of mixing with peoples fear of heights fear of bad news fear of being out of house I am suffering from anxiety disorder and panic attacks... And please tell me why my tongue turns white when I fear please help with some medicine that this turning of tongue white should stop please help me soon
