Death fear high palpitation panic attck
I had panic attack on sept 23, since then I took lots of medicine prescribed by Psychiatric (Clonotril 0.25mg/ Rivotril 0.5/Etizolam 0.5mg etc & practiced meditation but still I am having death fear, chest pain, high palpitations & panic attack frequently. I am totally frustrated due to this. Please suggest what to do?.

You need to consult a psychiatrist, these medications for temporary relief ,would be advised to take SSRI and take counselling regularly.
