Anxiety fear panic attacks
I am having anxiety and panic attacks,fear of going outside the house for long time or at open places like playground, beaches,etc. How can I overcome all these things? It's been 7 years and I am not able to focus on anything. Have been mostly jobless in these time due to stress. I am 26 years old. I was doing engineering but dropped out after diploma, couldn't complete degree.

Anxiety Disorder can be very disabling and as you can see you are unable to hold a job and carry out activities of daily living normally because of your problem, so I would strongly recommend you to get in touch with a Psychiatrist at the earliest and start treatment

Hi there, A detailed medical and psychiatric history is always needed for every patient. In addition to that, a detailed mental status examination is also recommended for every patient to come to a diagnosis and management accordingly.
