Hi i have severe mood swings before the onset of period that include excessive crying, panic attacks, often disturbing my relationship with others and even suicidal thoughts. As soon as i get my first period, such symptoms are over. Am i suffering from PMDD? Is there a way i can get cured?

I got married in 2018. It was love marriage. I flee from my home to get married. Things were not going well. I was not getting his attention and time. He used to be always  busy in his phone. Firstly I thought he is phone addict. But within a year I came to know that he was cheating on me. He was involved in pre matrial affair which continued after our marriage also. They were also physically involved. He used lie to me everyday. He used to make stories about that girl saying she is jus a frnd and needs emotional support. Also he used to lie to me and used to meet her. I investigated and found it that he was cheating. After a lot of discussion we decided to give our marriage a chance. But the thing is I'm not able to overcome this trauma. I get flashback. He visited the same city with her that he visited with me. Now whenever I listen that city's name i get upset. There are many such things that makes me upset. I'm not able to focus on day to day activities. I always feel irritated.

I am feeling dejected by continuous bad happenings in my life since 2012 across all platforms of my life whether be it job, romantic relationship , family and now with would be wife.? I blew it all and now I am feeling lost.

Am getting drowsiness in mornings , am on fluvator 50 at morning, pexep cr 12.5 at night and nortimer too at night, to overcome from negative thoughts and depressed mood. Pls advise me why it's happening?

Hi in have a problem of tendency to things for example I cannot resist from touching things and thinking about things.even if I resist iam not able to control it.always iam unable to control thoughts .they are coming in mind.even if try to resist Iam not able to.my mind is,always thinking some thing that is not useful and unimportant

One day me and my sister was lying on bed i saw her know thoughts are coming like did i saw her private parts by removing her clothes but acc to me without her permission it is impossible to do it so more channces are i didn't done it

I have lost faith and interest in everything. A new job but cannot perform, more tension as I am all alone.
