Multiple behaviour
My wife behaves in different ways. Sometimes she's ok and she'll do all household chores nicely but another moment she'll start behaving in different way. She'll start thinking that someone is in the room. Or someone has stolen her things. Or son/ daughter has done something. She starts abusing blaming. And she'll defend herself by saying that you've only said this to me. After that if she sleeps she'll sleep for a day or two.. she'll not wake up untill forced. And she'll forget what she has told. Sometimes she is someone else in the morning so caring and loving but next in the evening she's angry and abusing. Most of the day time she's alone at home. Our relationship as a husband wife is not so supportive. We often fight. Whom to consult I don't understand.

Dizziness After Workout
I have a very crucial question to which many people might relate. I am diagnosed with Anxiety disorder.
I have accepted each and every symptom of anxiety like palpatation, heavy eyes, sometimes nausea, heavy back muscles , dizziness etc.. but what I am not able to accept is why does the dizziness happen all of a sudden after a brisk walk or yoga or a workout? That makes me feel that it has to do certainly with some heart or brain problem and not anxiety. I mean this happens quite often even when all other symptoms of anxiety have gone but this one thing of dizziness after a brisk walk or workout is making me go crazy. Please help me

I know I might be dealing with Bipolar and Schizophrenia but last time I stopped taking Resperidone I ended up having anxiety and I am shocked by it. Then I again started taking the Resperidone Tablets And things are kinda stable now. But cuz of the Tablet I have ended up getting fat and and I might be losing my hair I think. Is there an alternative to that?

Bipolar and Alcohol
I have a diagnosed rapid-cycling bipolar-1 disorder and I have to take 800mg of Lithium Carbonate, 500mg of Sodium Valproate, 50mg of Quetiapine and 1mg of Clonazepam everyday and I was wondering whether having an occasional drink with colleagues and friends, within reason, of course, would be imprudent in my case, as my psychiatrist says. Any thoughts would be appreciated

Handling depression
My husband lost job almost 10yrs back due to some offi e politics. He didn't continue his work after that. Post that he has started showing high ego, started thinking no one gives him any value etcetc. Things settled post sometime. He started showing symptoms of depression again when his close friend and family migrated to another country. He lost hope on ppl. Started blaming others for not being there with him for even small things. He threatens of commiting Suicide when I dont agree for things. He doesn't get engaged on any regular work, tried different ways, he is not getting involved. Need help on what to be done and how to go forward on this.
Thank you.

Therapy session
I am looking for therapy session for the various issues that I am dealing with inside my head, relating to family and relationship. I am a gay man, so I would most definitely need a therapist who is LGBT friendly, and has experience in dealing patients from the same community.

I wake up with a time I think
Night before I go to sleep, if I just think about I should wake up by 6am. Without any alarm or someone waking me up, I used to get up on time 6am. So it's like no matter what time I think about, but right on that time it kicks me up. Even if I sleep late by 2am and if I just think I should be up by 7am it kicks me up on time. I tried and experimented few times and it really works.
Is this something like a rare condition that I should worry about or its just normal?
