Not being able to sleep since last 4-5 days , tried every home remedy , having dinner at 8 and by 9 pm going to bed consistently , but nothing working out
Not able to sleep until 4-5 am daily ,
Tried to consulting doctor nearby my place but some are not available and some are refusing to see because of covid 19 precautions and all ans there is nothing wrong about it ..
But My Head is getting heavy and health condition is getting worst by each passing day
I used to get up early in the morning but now this is getting very difficult for me ..
It ruins my whole day
I seriously Need some professional advice and prescription

hi..firstly..try maintaining good sleep hygiene
It involves:-
Going to bed at a fixed time daily, waking up at a fixed time.
Meals to be taken 2 hours before bedtime.
Avoid caffeine and alcohol few hours before bedtime.
Keep all Gadgets away at least an hour before bedtime.
40 minutes of physical exercise daily. (At home only)
Daytime sleep if required less than 30 minutes.
