How do I know if I have depression or stress or anxiety problem. I am very stressed lately being alone in quarantine, family problem, problem related to love life. I feel lack of energy when I think about these things. And I am always thinking about unnecessary things which worry me. I can't really focus on my studies and job. Please help me out
