If someone has cluster B personality disorder then can it be solved permanently through counselling by psychologist ?

I have obsessive compulsive disorder related to cleaning and organizing. It effects my day to day life as I spend a lot of time cleaning and organizing.

Sir i had palpitation normally in range of above 80 But from last one month it had gone up to 100 And i consult doctor he prescribed me beta cap 20 and xet cr 25 and it was under control But now it again starts rising as i does not take medicine know due to its side effects...

He lives with his dad but his mom & dad both takes care of him self. But he's not happy with this separation of his parents. He has a pug last year he died. But some how he feels guilty for his death. 6months ago he joined wipro. But he wasn't satisfied with the job, location. So when I feel any prob with him he used to say that you don't understand me you only concern about yourself I can't deal with your issues I have already my previous issues etc. He blames others but when it comes to him like if i say you are doing this wrong he gets hyper he Can’t accept his mistakes. He gets hyper anxious takes some medicine to come down and sleeps for 2/3 days. Please help me out with this. I want to help him anyway .

Hi i have a anxiety problem, very low confidence in public, feeling of fear from some peoples. Always have a feeling of fear from peoples near around dont know may its due to the peoples near around me or its me, Yesterday i just woke up with fear because of high pitch voice of my neighbour, Everyday i strt with negative thoughts ,i soend my whole night in day dreaming I have made virtual world around which has everything i need and i waste my whole time into that virtual world I feel haapiness only when booze with my friends but i feel peace but not happiness i use to be very talktative n joyful person but after moving to delhi i feel very depressed. Overthinking is also problem in me peoples search for happiness i looking for sad things in particular things. Day by day i am getting negative, But normal from outside.

It's been around 18 years since she started having problems, whenever i ask my elders about it they say it might have developed during the delivery of the baby, i really don't understand the reason behind her behaviour, she doesn't wanna work and she sleeps almost the entire day, I'm worried because she's starting to put on more and more weight day by day and my father completely lost his hope of treating her condition because there were times when she was forcefully taken to the hospital and she used to get crazy! and used to deny that she has any kind of illness/disorder and this is more worrying when it looks like she has no role in my life!, She sleeps all day and laughs sometimes without any interaction/any reason and says she doesn't wanna work and she's unable to get up in the morning, everything's fine about her except her excess sleep, laughing of no reason and when asked she says she has recalled some joke! And not working/less work throughout the day! Pls Help!

After death of my father in law she has developed PTSD.She goes in the past .Doesn't even know what she is saying at that time.Her posture changes and way of talking and movements too. After that she sleeps..wakes as if nothing has happened..pls suggest what to do.
