How to use medrol tablet tapering dose.. Doctor gave me 10 tab of 8mg medrol for 5 days  kindly please reply me Thank you

In June 2017 I had breathing issues then high bp, high heartrate, all heart tests were done then Dr said it is due to anxiety and bp treatment started. Then I had skin issue of urticarial rashes after some time I had urnation related issues. In June 2018 I had loose motions and stomach infection three times in a month. Since then I had stomach issues. For sometime I became normal and even my Bp come to normal even Dr stopped BP medicines, urticaria medicine were also stopped. Since April 2019 I had cramp,frequent motions since April I am having frequently stomach infections, weight loss around 8 kg, Gastro saying it's IBS. Last month I had body shivering Dr said it's again infection and since last infection I am also having BP issue my Bp is coming high always 180/100, 160/100. I feel lazy, week,out of control, headqche, nausea. Sometime I feel like again I ll have infection, I will die etc. Again I am in trouble for sometime these issues were resolved. I am consulting many Dr.s

Hello Doctors, 2 months back i had take some bhang after that i got panic attack and anxiety thereafter. I've consulted with a psychiatrist and he prescribed me Paxonil plus and latet Paxonil 25 mg and told me to take this meds, And that i have to take them for atleast 3 months . 2 months passed and i am feeling much better now and when i again consulted that doctor he said me that i have to take the meds for minimum 6 months. Then i asked him remedies for side effects(weight gain,sleepiness) ,then he changed the medicine to Setral 100 and told me to continue it for 4 months and there will be less side effects then before. Does it really take 6 months to stop those meds? Does setral better than paxonil?

I have tremors for 2 years, it's progressed now and I'm not able to write due to some kind of trigger,I can't hold my pen because of loose grip and i m having crying spells at night, suicidal thoughts and having difficulty in falling asleep, i am tired all time.

Hello I don't know how to properly explain this but my mind cannot rest or relax. Always something is going on, restlessness in mind and tension in the back of the neck and temples of forehead. The activities such as meditation etc are.also not working since i cant focus properly. Mind always starts to think about things. Taking a relaxing bath which is supposed to calm you down is also a problem since that time also my mind can't shutup . Sleep is getting affected sometimes or sormtimes i get headache. What it can be? Do i need some help?

Hello Doctors, I am on Paxonil 25 Mg and Spenzo 0.5 mg for 2 months now and i don't want to continue this medicine as the side effects are bothering me a lot. How to taper off this medicine properly without having withdrawal symptoms? Please help me out.

I am on Paxonil 25 for 2 months for my anxiety problem . Now i am all good and want to stop the medicine but doctor told me to to take the meds for 6 months atleast. Is it necessary to take 6 months medicine even after i am fine? How to taper off the medicine safely?

I am suffering from panic disorder and excessive thinking, I visited a doctor 8 months ago he just gave me medicines and did nothing ELSE. now it's been 8 months since I have been taking medicines. Instead getting cured my situation has got worst. I am feeling now more depressed, less interested in daily activities and confused. Can anyone here suggest me who is best doctor in mumbai to cure above problems with proper counseling and CBT. I desperately need a help.
