Stress and anxiety
Hello in stress from past 4 months and surely in depression .and not able to sleep at night and always sleeping in morning time. Having very much itching in body.Taken Allegra from past 7 days.Not a normal itch ,itching from head to toe .Why is stress and depression causing itching and low health and sometimes acne also.plz help can you treat this condition?i have contacted a general physician when I told him about stress and that I feel I have depression he shouted at me telling there is nothing depression you young people just trouble us.If depression is not real then why so many people do suicide from it.And when a experience doctor say so that there is nothing like depression disease ,I am very helpless

1.Identify the situations or person that triggers anxiety or anxiety like symptoms 2. Avoid such situations and people 3. Keep your self engaged 4. Do exercise walk yoga or meditation daily 5. Pick up hobbies 6. Start some DIY activities 7. Even after all these if Such symptoms start do the following 8. Deep breathing 9. Visualise the person whom you trust the most like your parents siblings or a friend

You seem to be suffering from depression but more information may be needed to confirm Diagnosis. Your General Physician has not given you a good advice and refferal to a specialist. Itching can be a physical symptom of stress but allergy needs to be ruled out. If you have pre-existing allergic skin disease, stress can aggravate itching also. Consult online on practo if required.
