My mother suffered from seizure. She lost her memory and won't identify family members. But she does eating drinking...she is a teacher by profession...can she become normal and have normal life...is there any treatment???what is the percentage of recovery???

It's been 3 weeks since lock down and I haven't gotten outside my apartment, I live along 3 girls but since past few days I have started getting irritated and annoyed by almost anything and everything and also I get nightmares where unknown people are trying to kill me and when I wake up my mouth feels dry. I tried doing everything that makes me happy yet that happiness last only 10-15 mins. please help

Depression and obsessive thought From last 1 year am facing anxiety and depression now the doctor had prescribed me fluvator 100mg in morning, pexep cr 25  at night after taking this for 15days my anxiety like fearness of own death has reduced, but concentration is affecting, my symptoms are lack of interest, lack of concentration, kindly suggest what can I do?

I'm taking uvox from 3 months, but my obsessions are still there, however my mood have changed to some level.. So should I continue with uvox or switched to another one?

If a patient comes to you with a complains of having long term persistent depression along with episodes of MDD (without a history of brain injury,past trauma/abuse or recent grief situation). Would you prescribe regular blood work to rule out for example deficiency of a vitamin? Would you also prescribe for brain imaging,CT scan,MRI of the brain? Will u try to find out if or not the depression is a symptom of a disease?(for ex.neurological illness or hormone/ gland disorder) What physical lab tests will you recommend in such a case?

10 days before i started Dezula 20(duloxetine) with my regular psychiatrist medicine (prescription attached) ...dezula 20 was prescribed to me online for feeling hot in brain.. After 6-7 days my stomach started swelling , my whole abdomen area was feeling like it is displaced from its position to outward, and something was going in my abdomen which was troubling me...I have to take lemon water for some relief.... (Already i was suffering from bloating from 2 years)... Now on 9th day of dezula 20, ......In morning for 30 second i felt i will die , everything looked like illusion , i was too scared.. and after 30 sec , i went back where i used to be more ill... So i stopped taking dezula 20... And i m feeling better after 2 days... But now i am feeling burning sensation in my body, it was first started in stomach..now all body is facing from burning sensation...it is not that high sensation but body is hot from inside.. What should i do??...any medicine or home remedy please??...

I read online for the symptoms of depression. I think I have all those symptoms. How can I overcome this depression?

My sister is IT proffesional. She used very active and go office regulalrly. Since lock down she is doing some work from home. Since two days she is behaving like she is lost and her thoughts are becoming blank. Responding for two three calls and keeps on imaging somthing and starring. While doing physical activity also she loosing her thoughts and starring. If i say somthing she is repeating.

A small swelling is back of neck from last 5 months which is painless, soft, mobile . Had taken antibiotics for 14 days. No symtoms of fever, weight loss . Usg done now doctor asked to do USG guided FANAC for next treatment . But I have been totally depressed about it & even not getting mental strength to attend FANAC . I know there is no alternative solution but my fear is the result of FANAC. As a doctor Please suggest what  could be the possible result of FANAC & how can get the positive mental response to attend the FANAC . Attached recent picture of affected area &USG report.

I have a serious relationship problem with my spouse. we can't adjust ourselves.we got married in march,2017 & We have a girl child around 2 yrs old. I want a peaceful life. Our relationship is getting worse day by day. I dont know what to do. Getting depressed.
