Kidney Problems

In February I got profuse bleeding & some grayish discharge from urine was diagnosed with UTI . Reports showed E-Coli family bacteria. I got antibiotics course for almost a month as have to change antibiotics in between due to non responsiveness of one type of antibiotics & had to take another type. The course stopped on 16 th of March . One week later I started having lot of inflamation & pain in urinary tract . So did culture but bacteria was absent. As I always have acidity,  took antacids . Then the inflamation was less . I started taking homeopathic pills for acidity & inflamation which is helping. But as I miss the dose again inflamation starts. Want to ask how long this goes on? And what are the reasons ? And if there is a  possibility of shedding of urinary tract lining & if yes how much time to recover the lining? Thanks in advance.

I'm on ventab 113.5 MG since a month and I noticed that I'm having difficulties in passing urine. No discomfort or pain or burning sensation. It's just that urine takes time to come out.. My urine tests and renal tests are normal in range.. Also during afternoon or evening I'm able to pass urine normally. Anything to check further?

Hi doctor, I wanted to know my father is suffering from frequent urination problem and day before yesterday he was having severe pain in the lower stomach left side. So I have done the ultrasound and attached the report. Now he is having pain in the same region whenever he is trying to wake up and down, I have shown the report to Gastro he advised me to consult a urologist also so I just want to take advice from you on this. My father is having BP and cholesterol problem also.
