Any way to bring creatinine level from 1.28 to within limits? Any natural ways,diets, precautions for the future

I have foamy urine from last 3 months and have checked my Serum creatine,egfr and BUN twice, they are normal. Are there any more checks needed for diagnosis ?

Sir recently my bp get sudden high 164/106 then then I visited to cardiologist my echo tmt was normal he gives me lodoz 5 mg placida 10 and nexitoplus 5 mg now my bp fluctuate but stable..Then some one told me to test creatinine coz I have family history of kidney disease my creatinine was 1.29 and urni ra test also normal do I need further test or not?

My mother was diagnosed with kidney stone 5 months ago and has undergone PCNL surgery. Recently she complained of severe flank pain and CT KUB has been done, which revealed polynephritis and hydronephrosis. She has taken antibiotics for 15 days and a DJ stent was put. Later stent has been removed, but USG KUB still shows hydronephrosis. The doctor says there is no obstruction and the hydronephrosis is not a problem. But I am worried about recurrent infection. Kindly advice. 🙏 CT KUB report has been attached.

सर ,एक माह पहले मुझे uti की समस्या हुई तो मैने अल्ट्रा साउंड यूरिन टेस्ट कराने पर पता चला कि प्रोस्टेट 53 cc एवं uti इन्फेक्शन है दवाई लेने पर आराम हुआ है। प्रोस्टेट के लिए urimax D ले रहा हूं। एक माह हो गया है। यूरिन पास हो रही है तथा झाग भी बन रहा है। हल्की जलन भी होती है इंटरकोर्स करने पर सीमन भी पास नहीं हो रहा है । सर क्या मुझे दुबारा अल्ट्रा साउंड यूरिन टेस्ट करना कृपया अपनी क़ीमती सलाह देंगे।
