Do penal clamps come in various sizes or are they universal? Do we need a medical professional's help to apply the penal clamp?

My baby is 2 years.he have EFT kidney PUJ obstruction with 32mm dilated. In 1 year ultrasound size was 13 mm. He had issue before the birth.. Is medicine can work for this issue.. What can be the reason of PUJ obstruction in babies.

He has a stone in both kidney on left kidney he has-9mm and on right he has-6.5mm. Tell me the best medication for him.

I have 3.4 mm stone in left kidney and small concretions in right kidney. I am taking proper medicines and drinking 8-9 glasses of water per day( i am trying to increase it). But I am very very confused about food items. Google shows almost all the food items to be avoided. Currently i am not eating tomatoes, rice, okra and brinjal. Please tell the real food items to be avoided while treatment and after the treatment so that i have less chances of stone in future. P.S - Can i take whey protein like 1gm in stones. I never took it before but currently i have started workout for weight gain hence i am asking.

My mother is diabetic n was on medication n insulin due to whch her uric acid increase . All med except insulin is stopped . Today she is vomitting and feeling too much weak . Can anyone what med to be given or what to be done . Being Sunday no doc available

A feeling of incomplete bladder emptying. Urgency to urinate. Continued dribbling of urine. Returning to urinate again minutes after finishing.

Dear Dr, Since last two days I am not having proper urine output there is slight pain at the lower abdomin and urge to urinate increases in the night but the quantity is not as usual..My intake of water is good around 4 to 5 litres a day.

I encountered a slip disc and right side pain in stomach. --Plain CT SCAN SHOWS Left kidney measures 10.2 x5.0cm and shows a hypodense cyst 1.2cm in lower pole - I have a urine infection for Escherichia coli - Antibiotic is SENSITIVE for all - My VITAMIN D is low 7.68 Is this cyst is SERIOUS? please advise

Hello, I am having pains in kidney region right side since a month. I have done ultrasound and Urine culture and both are normal. I am confused. What can be the problem?

I have done a CT SCAN and it shows : Right kidney measures 11.7x5.2cm Left kidney measures 10.2 x5.0cm and shows a hypodense cyst 1.2cm in lower pole. Is it a problem?
