Can Mri show up adrenal glands tumours? My gastro doctor ordered for mri... it was normal I went to cardiologist for my high bp- he says when adrenal glands tumour is dere then bp high... But he says since gastro didnt mention adrenal glands specifically so maybe not seen and checked so do ct again Mri cant show???

Hello, My father is suffering from lower right side chest pain from last 8 month, we had change many docter but still having pain. We had done lvr and found that my father have four kidneys which both extra kidneys are located at upper side of two kidneys. Now I am consultant one docter at Kolkata but still he has pain. I need a proper advise on it. Please help me.

I have done USG(w/a) eventually due to suffering from chronic Gastritis. But in report it is seen that Grade 1 Prostatomegaly size 39×28×36 volume 21cc. My age is 30,unmarried. Is it a serious issue? I have fever since 3 months ,first detected with typhoid undergone treatment taken antibiotics test got negative. Since last month detected with bacterial Infection streptococcus faecalis , sensitive test done going under treatment took ofloxacin  for one week or no improvement now taking Ciprofloxacin from last 6 days .I have fever around 98.6 to 99.2 range and little pain sensation n discomfort during urination. I have Potassium level of 7.07 but my ecg is absolutely normal and I don't have any symptoms of hyperkalemia.I am on levofloxacin,isoniazid,ethambutol and streptomycin right now for extra pulmonary tb.Are any of these drugs responsible for hyperkalemia and should I seek intervention for it?
