Is Clonafit 0.50 mg taken with water or without it?It is written dispersable tablet,what does that mean?Does that I have to not take water with it?

Why stones are forming in kidney, having water and maintaining diet but still having issue of forming stones in my kidney What is the reason to form stones in kidney. Why they form the stones. This is 3rd times I am undergoing surgery for removal of kidney stones

I am suffering from cops since more than 5 years.Present medication is giving me releif from prostate problem but no relief in pelvic pain.Combiflam gives me relief but aggravates ibs.Please suggest safer alternative to combiflam.Tried Crocin also but not as effective as combiflam.
