Kidney Problems

Dear Doctor, Please confirm is my kidney is good or I have to worry. Report: attached CREATININE 0.93 mg/dL NR: 0.66 to 1.25 What food should I have to take to reduce the creatinine. In the test that was taken 3days back, the creatinine level is 1.31 and urea is 79. Now since she is under medication after heart surgery, she s consuming 1.25 litres of water everyday. Is there any other way to lesser the urea level?? Please advice

My brother is 25 years and having a ureter stone of 6mm  and gallbladder stone as well, which is chronic .. we went to urologist in lockdown he said that  ureter stone needs to be remove first for gall surgery , my question is .. Hi , I was diagnosed with bladder outlet obstruction or bladder neck obstruction last year after cystoscopy and urodynamic. This main reason they told is hypertonic sphrincter activity. I am unmarried , so no treatment option was provided at this age and I took alpha blocker and backlofen for 6 months - 1 yr .but the flow was same not much improvement and it had much side effects. I have done kub ,abdomen and creatinine is normal and no kidney stones or structure. 1.Is there any treatment available at this age? 2.can we feel pain kidney pain on left side upper abdomen after urination or some time straining or it can be muscle pain?

I felt frequently urination problem and when I felt urination pressure that time my mouth taste also gets bitter and sometimes I felt that my tongue is also getting rupture from above one more thing when I do any strenuous work or if do not drink water for longer duration everytime my mouth taste gets bitter.

I am suffering from urine incontinence from last one year and tried kegel excerise on and off, also doctor recommended urispas tablet. But from 2-3 days leakage is increased and there is menstrual cramp like pain from lower abdomen to feets and also on sides. What should i do?? Also does eating spicy food increases incontinence.

My father is been suffering from NO HUNGER from past 2 months and sever body pains,swollen foot .meanwhile during investigations it is found that he has 4.5 creatinine and blood urea 90.and ALBUMIN ++++ can some please clarify whether the above symptoms are due to those high values . We been going to hospitals for different departments unknowely meanwhile the time consumed between...know some doctors are saying these above values causing the problems.. If this is a case whether it can be tratable by nephrologiest and how much time it will take to him to recover.. Please advice me...
