I have test urin sugar test it's level 1 it's normal or tips diebitic please answer my questions I have some doubt

Hi, From last 2 days there is a burning while I go for urine, after breakfast or lunch I had water after 2 hours I go for urine, 1st time burning will be there , when I go to 2nd time, later burning will stop, Can you suggest on this.. I had one bicomplex table in the last night.

At least 4 to 5 RENAL CALCULI of size 3-4mm observed in RIGHT KIDNEY as per the ultrasound report   As well as RENAL CONCRETION in upper lobe of LEFT KIDNEY
