Can URA with reflux be cured without any long-term or short-term effect using any surgical or using medication and lead a normal life just asking doubt

I have urin infection since 1 month and i consult to a doctor on practo app and he gave prescription for 1 week's medicine.

My 8 years old son suffering from inflammation while urinating sometimes since last 25 days,with no other problem. pls suggest some solutions or medication.

Suffering for frequent urination at night but less amount of urine in the morning. Patient is non diabetic. One of my relatives, 50 year old female, needs a kidney transplant (2nd time). She is on dialysis now (3 times a week). First Kidney transplant done in 2010. Her blood group is O+ve. The donors who are ready in her blood line are AB+ and B+. Is blood group compatibility absolutely essential for this transplant? Should we continue to wait for an O+ donor or is it possible to go for a transplant with a blood line donor with a different blood group?
