Kidney Problems

I'm having gas problem and pain in the left kidney. I'm have gone urine for 4 times in half an hour. Later had motions. And still the pain persists. Suggest some home remedies?

Greeting sir,                    I have problem during urination, actually it's a urine leakage and sometimes frequent urination during night.

I have a urine infection for (Escherichia coli) Doctor advised me to take Ciplox 5 days but i did not and my ortho doctor have out me on -Arachitol Injection 6 LAC injection once in a week for 2 week -Lumia 60K Once in a week -Sarvacal 500MG once in a Day -Costrova M Capsule  once in a Day Can I take Ciplox along these medicines? How should i take it?
