Kidney Problems

I have paid the amount yet not consulted any doctor.I need to check my father report scan.I need clear explanation of treatment type

I, Doctor, I am a 35 years old man. Recently I have Been experiencing frequent urge & inflammation while going for urination. I have visited my doctor He advised me to go for urine test. In this urine test I have got UTI (Puss Cell : 8 - 10) and Albumin : traced. The doctor gave me some medicine and asked to go for a urine test after one week. Last Friday I have through this urine test again and my Puss Cell : 1 - 2) but Protein : 15 mg/dl. My doctor says it is not cause of concern as affected part of Kidney takes time to heal. Sir, I am very scared now, as am I having Proteinuria which eventually leads to CKD?

1. Mild pain in right side kidney location 2. 3 days ago, while passing urine burning sensation, now it is not there. 3. Excess Gas formation in stomach 4. Urine and stools are normal 2 months ago, the same symptoms are there. I took couple of days citralka. It was fine. Now again, it is repeated. Please suggest.

I had some problems with urination.Doctor prescribed me to take Urimax 0.4 and alkacitron It's only first day after taking medicine and I am having trouble with my stomach. I am also taking calcium and mineral supplements as my leg is fractured right Now. I take ahswagandha also daily 500gm.Please let me know how to get rid of these side effects

My Creatinine level was 1.38 3 months back. Last month it came downto 1.28 ans now its 1.25. How to reduce it so that it comes within the limits. All the other reports of urine,kft are within range. Is it showing I Will have Kidney failure im future?
