Kidney Problems

Hlo doc..I am suffering from UTI since one month..burning sensation while passing urine and sometimes its pain after urination..I tried drinking plenty of water and cranberry juice..but it's not getting well.. What should i do..?

I have the phimosis condition for the past 3 months. I am on finasteride and zinc tablets for hair loss for the past 5 months.

I am having difficulty in passing urine, the stream is not coming out with force. I had same problem in past , 4 years ago , I had Urinary tract infection, and at that time urine does not come out at all. So doctor gave me a liquid medicine some sort of alkaline solution and antibiotics. I don't remember the name of medicines but after drinking that liquid by mixing in water , after half an hour the urine came out quickly. Please prescribe the medicines for this condition. I just have 2 symptoms that urine is not coming out with a force (weak urine stream) and mild pain when urinate because I put pressure to urinate. That's it and no other condition. Please prescribe medicine.

Im experiencing pain when i pee. My abdomen area and kidney pain when i urinate. I got urine culture and abdomen scan which shows normal. Urethra also pains when i urinate. And then i feel some kind off releif but then again when urge urinate starts the pain starts and goes on untill i urinate. Suggestions pls or whats wrong?

I have been suffering from CBP from 3 years but took treatment of niftran and veltam once a day for 3 months and again taking same and its been 3 months again... No results so far.. Now my doctor suggested ceftum 250mg for 15 days 1 time a day.. 1 time is enough??? And ceftum is good for prostatitis??

My son was hospitalized in dec 2019 and doctor confirmed that he got nephrotic syndrome and treatment was done. We used medicine for 2 months. after all this he is normal. Again he got symptoms of nephrotic syndrome in May 2020, we consult the previous doctor for the same. He prescribed medicine for one month and then he is normal. He got the same problem again last week we consult nephrologist, doctor prescribed other medicine. We used this medicine from last 5days and my child got swelling at scrotum. Today morning he got tested for urine protine creatine ratio. The result is Urine protein :15 Urine creatinine: 163 Proteins/creatinine Ratio: 0.09 We are worried that he is in Normal condition or any serius condition. Plz 🙏do help us with ur answer.

My creatinine historically remains at borderline 1.1 and as per recent test through practo potassium and phosphorous have come high. what precautions/medication should I be taking for kidney health?
