Kidney Problems

My Creatinine level is 2.6 and my urea level is 73. And my foot expands during day and night time, also i am having blood pressure of above 150/80. Every month the level of creatitine and urea is going up. How can i lower my urea and creatitine level immediately ? Please suggest diet plan, medicines , if possible please suggest a good doctor

My dads creatinine is 1.7 since one year. He is 61 year old . he is taking medicines and he is fine and fit . But he is diabetic and that is always in control doc suggested him insulin since one year he is taking insulin shots . But then why is his creatinin always same not come down .

Of late I am noticing reduced urine flow and a pressure like feeling in lower abdomen upto genital areas . Further I feel bloated . Urine tests being done in past are normal with no abnormalities. Kft tests are also fine . I am taking medicine olmezest for hypertension. Urine frequency is normal and there is a sense of full bladder but the flow is urination is reduced as I feel . Hello, My father  Name  Shashikant Joshi 74 years old and has an eGFR value of 54. His creatin value is 1.3. He is diabetic and following medications are taken upon doctors prescription:- 1.glnase mf 2 repace 50 3. Starpress xl 4. Atorsave 20 5 full b12 sr 6 ecosprin 150 7 zomelis 50 8 orofer xt 9.Tayo 60k He has diabetes from last 20 to 25 yrs . presently slight burning sensation after urination. sugar levels are normally around 200 to 225 post lunch. he takes glynase mf two times a day. presently all the above prescribed medicines are given as per our doctor. He was covid positive & discharged 1 month ago. The medicine prescribed by another urologist: 1 Potrate mb6 solution 2 weeks - 2tspoons in morning & in 2tspoons in night. 2 Silofast D8 capsule  weeks - 1 only at night after dinner 3 Leon 500 tablet 7 days- 1 only after lunch. Kindly guide are these medicines for urinary & gfr value & creatine value problem are ok to take considering all above present medicines.

Hi, I am suffering the stone pain. After diclofenac injection got relief from pain. Immediately I took the  scan and got to know 4mm one stone in vu junction  and some stones in kidney. Could you please suggest/ remedies for smoothly moving out.please find the attached report and suggest from report if any thing we don't know from report.Thank you very much.

My dad had problem of frequent urination. Doctor suggested for abdominal scan. Report says prostate enlargement. Doctor prescribed silodal d 8 tablet for one month. I would like to know does prostate enlargement cause any complication in future. Does it come to normal size after taking tablet

Dear Sandeep s morkandikar sir pleaae find below details Dear sir My mother age 48 since 20 yrs she feels whitish urine and bubble urine last 5 years back we admitted hospital and done some tests doctor said protiens are going in urine and planned for biopsy . But finally biopsy not done he given ornidazole injection I feel good urine at that injection time .. May I know again I done urine tests feels same issue now . So may I know as per reports biopsy required or not if yes any side effects of If I do biopsy test pls tell. Chyluria urine means what . Becoz my mother urine colour is white full Can we use ornidazole injection sir becoz last 4 years back given 5 inj for 5 days it's feel better on those days ..

Hi, my son is 6 months old and at times he cries when he has to urinate. It takes a while for him to release the urine and this is mainly when he is asleep. Only when we take him in lap or on shoulder he feels comfortable to release urine. Please guide
